Everything at this hotel was clean and beautiful.

Everything at this hotel was clean and beautiful. It is in a great location, very close to downtown and the ferries! I had a very comfortable stay.

One suggestion I would make is to have potable water available and included, preferably from a dispenser that encourages filling a re-usable water bottle.

The place was strange.

The place was strange. A large square with lots of rooms. The staff does not speak English but very nice. An unpleasant smell in the room, small hard beds. There was a private event that made a lot of noise. Nice location.

Extremely nice and helpful staff, we felt very welcomed .

Extremely nice and helpful staff, we felt very welcomed .Nice location , secure and priced fairly. Outdoor cloths line, Mocha and Batman resident doggies were all very nice.

Bed is more firm than we like but was ok, main room and bathroom lacked much for shelves or hooks, we bring quite a bit of gear for diving. Next stay will bring hanging shaving kit / toiletry bags will help. We needed to improvise for rinse bucket for cameras but the staff had a plastic cleaning pail the worked ok

The house looked very old on the outside but once you get in...

The house looked very old on the outside but once you get in the room it’s very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable, there was a TV and AC and everything necessary. The location was perfect, walking distance from downtown and all good local and cheap food. We rented a scooter and drove around the island for one day, making a few stops. The owners and other people in the villa are THE NICEST. The place is very cheap, comfortable, VERY SAFE and made for people that want to travel and adventure instead of spending money in all inclusive resorts and staying there day and night without doing anything.

Toilet blocks despite following instructions not to put toilet paper down. Check in is late at 3pm and then check out is early at 11am. Do they really need 4 hours to clean? This is excessive and not good value for money

I would definitely stay here again.

The staff are amazing. It is gated and I felt very safe. Rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. I loved Mocha and Batman the little dogs that live there. The location is perfect and walking distance to everything. Thank you for a great stay.

Worst experience ever

Nothing, we were treated like trash, and lady and crew has no profesionalism at all, this is not a hotel is like a little rooms one after the other dirty and no profesional crew at all!

At first teh A/c didnt work, we requested to get a room with air conditioning as offered. Rooms were small , bad smell , and beds had bugs, and the worst was that we couldnt check out on time and we were charged 450 mex pesos because the lady in charge threatened us to call police ! Bad experience ever!!!!

que curioso que pregunten por el desayuno, creí haber leído que lo incluía, pero no hubo nada, eso si, hay utensilios que uno puede usar para calentar agua y prepararse un café, tal vez deberían indicar que puede uno llevar ingredientes para prepararse su propio desayuno, eso sí sería lo más adecuado a lo real; la ubicación EXCELENTE

tal vez que hubieran comentado que llevara uno algo para preparar en la mañana, al resevar creí haber leído que incluía el desayuno y me confie al no comprar nada, aunque descansa uno maravilloso, la verdad es que ya despierta uno sin tiempo para ir hasta la tienda para volver con los ingredientes para preparar algo

Cozumel centro

A una cuadra del centro, no hay mejor ubicación. Excelente atención por parte de las encargadas. Habitaciones limpias (les faltan estética).

Más bien una observación, la cocina le hace falta un ventilador. Respetar las horas de convivencia en las áreas comunes, hay un reglamento. Y una remodelación a las instalaciones, que inician a verse algo viejas. Lamentablemente como hay personas que no respetan la limpieza en área cocina, limpiar o al menos controlar más seguido.

Dejé mis cosas y regresé tres horas después. Al regresar las muchachas ya habían limpiado la habitación y no mencionaron que dejé unos zapatos olvidados ahí.

Colchon muy cómodo. La habitación chica pero cómoda, con aire acondicionado en perfecto estado. Cocina compartida pero muy limpian y con utensillos para cocinar. Muy tranquilo por las noches. Lo recomiendo y tiene muy buena relación precio-calidad.

Precio razonable, pero un poco elevado en relación a la calidad recibida.

La atención / recepción de los dueños. Dan agua y champues de cortesia. Si bien las habitaciones no tienen elementos para cocinar, existe un área común para cocinar algo básico.o desayunar (esta área podria mejorar en orden y limpieza).. Hay para tomar café o té de cortesia en ese lugar.

Los canales de tv se ven mal por la señal. Wifi con mala señal. Desague de ducha tapado (si tardas en bañarte se puede rebalsar). Humedad en la habitación, realizado con materiales de baja calidad. Es más semejante a un hostal. La limpieza podria mejorar.

ME ENCANTO LA UBICACION DE LAS VILLAS, LA LIMPIEZA IMPECABLE, CAMAS SUPER CÓMODAS, EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO DELICIOSO, UNA COCINA MUY BONITA CON PRODUCTOS Y CAFE Y LA TERRAZA ES MARAVILLOSA PARA PASAR EL RATO, MUY AMABLE LA PERSONA QUE NOS RECIBIO.

EL INTERNET ES MALO, NO FUE INDISPENSABLE EN NUESTRO VIAJE PORQUE NO FUE DE NEGOCIO, PERO SERIA BUENA TENDER UNA MEJOR CALIDAD DE INTERNET, EN LA TV NO SE VEIAN BIEN LOS CANALES Y NO PUDIMOS DISFRUTAR DE NETFLIX.

Muy comodo y limpio

La atención fue buena, El lugar esta muy cerca del puerto al que llega el ferry, pero lejos de las playas más lindas. La habitación era cómoda y limpia. Contaba además con un espacio compartido de cocina muy bien equipada. Lo recomendamos.
