Everything at this hotel was clean and beautiful.

Everything at this hotel was clean and beautiful. It is in a great location, very close to downtown and the ferries! I had a very comfortable stay.

One suggestion I would make is to have potable water available and included, preferably from a dispenser that encourages filling a re-usable water bottle.

The place was strange.

The place was strange. A large square with lots of rooms. The staff does not speak English but very nice. An unpleasant smell in the room, small hard beds. There was a private event that made a lot of noise. Nice location.

Extremely nice and helpful staff, we felt very welcomed .

Extremely nice and helpful staff, we felt very welcomed .Nice location , secure and priced fairly. Outdoor cloths line, Mocha and Batman resident doggies were all very nice.

Bed is more firm than we like but was ok, main room and bathroom lacked much for shelves or hooks, we bring quite a bit of gear for diving. Next stay will bring hanging shaving kit / toiletry bags will help. We needed to improvise for rinse bucket for cameras but the staff had a plastic cleaning pail the worked ok

The house looked very old on the outside but once you get in...

The house looked very old on the outside but once you get in the room it’s very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable, there was a TV and AC and everything necessary. The location was perfect, walking distance from downtown and all good local and cheap food. We rented a scooter and drove around the island for one day, making a few stops. The owners and other people in the villa are THE NICEST. The place is very cheap, comfortable, VERY SAFE and made for people that want to travel and adventure instead of spending money in all inclusive resorts and staying there day and night without doing anything.

Toilet blocks despite following instructions not to put toilet paper down. Check in is late at 3pm and then check out is early at 11am. Do they really need 4 hours to clean? This is excessive and not good value for money

I would definitely stay here again.

The staff are amazing. It is gated and I felt very safe. Rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. I loved Mocha and Batman the little dogs that live there. The location is perfect and walking distance to everything. Thank you for a great stay.

Nice location, big room.

During one morning there were some neighbour dogs barking. And all the rooms are on ground floor facing towards the garden where people are walking by.

Worst experience ever

Nothing, we were treated like trash, and lady and crew has no profesionalism at all, this is not a hotel is like a little rooms one after the other dirty and no profesional crew at all!

At first teh A/c didnt work, we requested to get a room with air conditioning as offered. Rooms were small , bad smell , and beds had bugs, and the worst was that we couldnt check out on time and we were charged 450 mex pesos because the lady in charge threatened us to call police ! Bad experience ever!!!!
